If you are unfortunate enough to have a problem with a lock / Car Key or service provided to you by Lock-M-Out Locksmiths, the following warranties and warranty claim processes will apply -

The following products and services have a (12) month warranty from the original invoice date. Only (1) Warranty period applies per paid product or service:

Australian Consumer Law Requirements

Lock-M-Out Locksmiths provide (12) and (6) month warranty on their locks/parts or services. These warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. Our locks/parts or services come with warranty that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Lock-M-Out Locksmiths will then asses your claim and organise to repair or replace locks/products or services as soon as possible. Any repairs or replacement products not authorised by Lock-M-Out Locksmiths will not be covered under warranty.

Lock-M-Out Locksmiths must be given the first opportunity to rectify the warranty claim. If this is not the case all warranties on the locks/parts or services are null and void.
